Skiing the snowy slopes at Beaver Creek Mountain. The nearest airport to Beaver Creek is Eagle, EGE, which is 30 minutes to Beaver Creek by taxi. Shared shuttles and bus transit are also available. Beaver Creek has over 2,000 acres of terrain and consists of three villages: Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead. In late afternoon, the staff hand out cookies - a nice treat after a day of skiing.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek. This hotel is ski in/ski out - located at the base of Beaver Creek Village and a short walk to the ski lifts.

Inside the Park Hyatt is Gorsuch, where we rented our skis. Gorsuch also has several high end gingerbread houses. They are well crafted and every detail covered.
Visitors to Beaver Creek come from many countries. There are lots of trails of varying difficulty. Many of the trails have spectacular views.
Beaver Creek village is great to walk around, in day and night. Plenty of restaurants to grab a meal as well as shops. There is an ice skating rink, for additional winter fun.
