New York - June 10-12
I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Midtown, a few blocks from Times Square. My room had a view of the Empire State Building.
Chocolate Museum, in southern Manhattan. This museum tells the history of chocolate, process of making chocolate, and of course chocolate tastings. Chocolate had many uses: medicine, offering, currency, and a tasty treat.
Circle Line Manhattan harbor cruise, at sunset with daytime and nighttime views of the Manhattan skyline. The cruise started in west Manhattan, cruised south on the Hudson river, sailed around lower Manhattan, and headed north on the East River before turning around near the Empire State Building. Very spectacular views. The cruise also sailed around the Statue of Liberty.
